Ultimate Championship Wrestling was founded by Mike Kinkirk when he bought out Ring of Honor Wrestling from the Sinclair Brodcast Group in April. As of April 1st 2012 the company was renamed Ultimate Championship Wrestling. In April UCW began a working relationship and started exchanging talent.
